The Journey From Price to Value - Putting Diagnostic Fees Under the Microscope

1.0 CE Credit Hour / Veterinarians & Veterinary Technicians

Overview:

Traditionally, focus in veterinary clinics has been placed on leading with pricing; however, clinics should ideally focus on generating value that equals or exceeds pricing, which can be accomplished with a thorough understanding of client-driven costs and the generation of value. Overall clinic costs can be reduced with the development of protocols, training, and a 3-tiered communication strategy, which can simultaneously increase value generation for clients. In this webinar, attendees will explore different pricing strategies and gain an understanding of all the costs that need to be taken into account when constructing a plan to set prices in their clinic and monitor the success of their approach.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain an understanding of value and how it relates to pricing.
  • Learn how to leverage the entire veterinary healthcare team to improve proficiency, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Acquire knowledge relating to all the costs that need to be considered when setting prices.
  • Investigate different pricing strategies to establish what would work best in your hospital.
